Between the ages of 20 and 65 we humans spend the majority of our waking hours at work. So anything that can improve the workplace is enormously valuable, both on a human level and in a business context. This insight made us start Struktur 1991 and begin life as Sweden’s first (and so far only) consultant within all areas of workplace improvement.

Tested in real conditions over 2,000 times

Since the start of 1991 we have implemented over 2,000 projects of various sizes. Always with complete responsibility. After 20 years we still view our job as a mission, although with the big difference that today we have a lot more experience and know-how at our disposal.

A few principles we never meddle with

To create efficiency you have to be efficient yourself. We have therefore based our corporate culture on values we never deviate from. One of the most important of these is to just act as if you are fully in charge – you have to work systematically, react immediately, change direction rapidly and be careful with money. Another is to always work whole-heartedly – you have to care and have the courage to accept challenges.

Today there are 140 of us employees (Feb 2011) with a turnover of MSEK 275 (2010). Struktur has offices in Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö.
